JSE-listed Basil Read CFO and FD Pieter van Buuren has resigned, effective September 21, to pursue other interests.The board will make an announcement on the appointment of a new CFO in due course.Additionally, Basil Read secretary Andiswa Ndoni resigned, effective August 24, and has been succeeded, in the interim, by acting secretary Noxolo Loate.Basil Read in June entered into voluntary business rescue, and a business rescue plan is pending approval in September.
