The project, which commenced in November 2023, aims to place key emphasis on keeping what has made the centre successful in the past, and building on this to make it even better for the surrounding communities going forward. The redevelopment will bring with it a fresh and upmarket tenant mix, that is focused on daily needs and services. It will also have many new eateries and coffee shops to make it the local meeting place for all.
Anchored by Checkers new flagship FreshX store and a big Clicks pharmacy, the upgraded Leaping Frog will be the go- to convenience centre in the greater Fourways community for many years to come.
The Leaping Frog Retail Centre, developed by Dorpstraat and Abcon Developments, will be rolled out in phases over approximately 12 months to ensure easy transition for tenants and shoppers alike.
