Construction company Group Five has appointed Anthony Clacher CFO with immediate effect. He succeeds Christina Teixeira, who announced her resignation in October. Clacher – a chartered accountant – has held FD and board roles for more than ten years.
He has served as Consolidated Power Project GroupSouth Africa FD and held various roles at Supergroup, Bridgestone, Maxiprest and Barlows Equipment. Group Five stated that his experience in restructurings, asset disposals and challenging business environments would bring appropriate skills to the role as the company executes its new strategy.
