Are you an expert in building materials and housing delivery?

Africa’s real estate industry is booming as economies across the continent record impressive growth, with the real estate market in Nigeria alone worth $360.3 billion.
With Africa’s population expected to double and hit 2.4 billion by 2050, rural-urban migration is set to increase, driving current cities to swell and force newer ones to spring up.

Help shape the future of housing delivery in Africa by presenting a paper or participating in a think-tank discussion at Housing for Africa 2015.

Housing for Africa 2015 forms part of the African Construction and Totally Concrete Expos, designed for architects, engineers, government organisations, contractors, producers, manufacturers, suppliers, and academics who are interested in using the latest ideas, innovation and technology to improve the performance of the African concrete, cement and construction industries.

Now in their third year these combined annual expos provide executives and decision-makers from across the continent and around the globe with the opportunity to interact with industry thought leaders and peers.

Housing for Africa 2015 will enable public and private sector collaboration to meet national housing delivery targets across sub-Saharan Africa.

Call for papers to access a distinctively African audience

Housing for Africa unites public and private sector stakeholders to deliver national and regional housing targets around the continent. This event will demonstrate projects, international best practise, theoretical ideologies and blue sky thinking to bring new perspectives and best in breed ideology to this rapidly growing sector, identifying commercial opportunities aligned with public sector mandates.

Close the affordable housing gap in line with urbanisation next year by networking with the top 100 stakeholders in Africa’s housing industry AND meet 6,000 engineering and construction professionals from over 25 African countries!

If you are an expert in building materials and housing delivery, please submit your abstract to soren.dupreez@hypenica.com before 26 November 2014.

    Let’s build Africa together!

P.S. Get a FREE registration to Housing for Africa when you qualify to speak on the conference programme. Submit your abstract to Soren Du Preez at soren.dupreez@hypenica.com before 26 November 2014 to qualify.
