Infrastructure solutions company Bigen Group has
appointed Dr Snowy Khoza group
CEO, effective July 16 to September 30, 2021.
Khoza was previously CEO of Bigen Africa Group
Holdings, before she was appointed executive chairperson of the group when
Bigen established Bigen Global in Mauritius.
The Bigen Group comprises Bigen Africa Group
Holdings and Bigen Global.
Meanwhile, patent attorney and engineer Dr McLean Sibanda has been appointed
regional MD of Bigen Global.
Bigen Global has subsidiaries in East Africa, with
Kenya as a point of entry; in West Africa, with Ghana as a point of entry; and
has offices in Botswana, Mozambique and Zambia.
Additionally, Bigen Group established a development
advisory and impact division with Dr Mthandazo Ngwenya as the MD. He oversees Bigen’s
international development programme across Africa.
Bigen Africa Group Holdings also appointed astute
businessman and engineering professional Kelepile Dintwe as independent nonexecutive chairperson,
while Bigen Global appointed Richard
Arlove its chairperson.
