Abland, one of South Africa’s leading property developers for over 30 years, opened The Reef Shopping Centre in Albemarle Thursday 25 October 2018 on behalf of Pod Property Fund. The centre will cater to the needs of and provide great convenience to the surrounding community.
The total development is 15 500m² with anchor tenants to include popular chains such as Checkers, the Food Lovers Market, Dischem and West Pack Lifestyle just to name a few. Ideally located just off Black Reef Road, between Alberton and Germiston, the centre is easily accessible from the highway and is a visual standout in the area.
“It is very important to us that the centre is embedded in the community and is able to further the convenience of the surrounding communities. To facilitate this, we have invested on roads, storm water and electricity related systems. “Prior to the development we had identified a clear need for a cohesive, community centre in the area.
